What sign would a capricorn mom get along with best?
Alright so im planning on having a baby sometime soon and i’m a little concerned about the compatibility. I do think that having a compatible sign would make a difference, both my parents are compatible with eachother (mom aquarius, dad libra) but not with me (capricorn) which caused alot of disagrements cause of our different views on everything. I always felt like they didnt understand me and I dont want my child to feel that way. Which sign would go best with a capricorn mother? I already know which signs go with capricorn (pisces,taurus,cancer,virgo,scorpio) but is it different for a parent/child relationship then for love or friend relationship? Which ones are most compatible with me? Any detailed answer would be appriciated.

Unfortunately, your Sun sign is not going to help as much here as with most things since there’s a lot to consider in a relationship. In general, Capricorns do well with other Earth signs and water signs.
But your Mars, Mercury and Moon, and other placements are going to tell you the nuances of the relationship. You can also look at your 5th house for clues about what sign your child will be.
Obviously, some people don’t get on well with their Capricorn parents.
Perfect example there. The crazy lady whose answer was deleted is over 60 and is still blaming her Capricorn father for her alcoholism, depression, and marital inadequacies. This is a perfect example of how the synastry between child (her, a Sag Sun, Leo Moon; she actually lies about being a Leo) and parent (her father – Capricorn Sun/ mother- Cancer Sun) can go terribly wrong.
In fact, the damage is so deep that even at her age, she still projects her hatred of her father upon all of that sign, to the point of obsession.
This can happen in any parent/child relationship, but is particularly damaging in this case because the father’s sun conjuncts her Mercury in Capricorn….in other words, every time she talked, he quashed her self expression and thus her spirit.
So, this is why it’s particularly important to look at the interaction in the charts to find if the "tripwires" in the relationship. A chart of synastry is particularly useful for this because it can pinpoint specific problems that the child and parent are having in communications and forewarned is forearmed.
If her parents had raised her differently, she would not be so bitter and hostile toward people who remind her of her father now, even into her old age.
